  TLDR: For the love of God do not order from this location. Northern Lights Pizza is next door, save yourself the hassle. I placed an order online. Estimated pick up time was noon. I arrived a little early at about 11:55. Waited in the lobby/waiting area for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When they finally did appear they didn’t even say anything about the wait. It appears only one person was working, and they were in the back with headphones in, holding their phone in one hand and trying to work with the other. So even calling back there was ineffective. When I did finally get my order, it was just tossed on the counter in my general direction and I had to ask for the soda I had ordered as well.

  Terrible experience. Ordered a carry out and was told it would be ready in 24 minutes. My husband had to wait at the store for 20 minutes with an incredibly rude woman at the counter who cussed my husband out for asking where the pizza was. Lost our business.

  Been standing here for over 5mins and haven’t even been greeted or addressed. I’m doing good delivery and being on time is a huge part of the job. I can literally see the pizzas I need for my order in the warmer

  Called and ordered a large pizza that was to be half cheese and half supreme. Got the pizza delivered and it was full supreme. Called back and told them the issue and the employee was very rude and hung up on me mid sentence. Got a full cheese pizza for the trouble but dealing with the whole situation was very aggravating. Won't be ordering from this location again.
