Kids were yelling in the background and refused to give me my money back since my order was incorrect. As a manager, it is your job to make sure the customer is happy and respected. You were extremely disrespectful, told me to “call the GM bc I’m not giving you your money with people yelling at me” if pizza hit chooses these type of people for MANAGEMENT????? You guys need a new GM. This is crazy I have kids who just wanted what they asked for and bc of this woman she chooses to make it hard for people. Please understand ma’am, I bet your night was rough, but treating people like this is unacceptable.
