  It was no onion extra pickles , I already repeated myself 3 times and the order was on the opposite drive through screen so of-course I couldn’t read it. Just terrible organization and order taking skills. Pulling up multiple people and then mixing the food up just poorly ran. I just know yall comps high.

  Generally good, however they are too focused on ticket time in the drive-thru. There was a brand new manager on mother's day, who could not control their crew to rub things efficiently. Kiosks malfunctioned printing wrong orders, people waiting over an hour for their food, it was a mess. They were nice is about the only thing I could say about this day. Worst experience and I understand this particular day, however this mcdonalds should have planned for it and scheduled accordingly, as opposed to resorting to this. When under pressure they fail. Otherwise I would give this location 4.8 stars. McDonald's focuses training of managers on the wrong things as a whole. I blame corporate. You have ruined the fun, happiness, and cheap eats you were known for. Dollar menu and even before it all cheaper for the slime you serve. It is edible but not good or great. Your own CEO won't even eat the sloppy you serve to other countries before you gave it to us. All in all... disappointment.

  I placed an order using the app and marked pick-up at Drive Thru. The app said to give them my mobile code and my order will be given to me. …… NOT! The person on the speaker said for to go to pick up window 2 and they “Might” have your order. Not only did they NOT have my order but at this point, my order had been in for well over 20 minutes and they didn’t even seem to know how their own on line ordering worked or how to tell if an order should have been made. They said I would need to go around, come inside and pay for my order…… I already paid for my order as the app makes you before it submits the order and gives you that red and yellow note…….. Ba da da da da da! This is not the first time I personally have had an issue with this McDonald’s but I can sure tell you it will be my last! My order was refunded, HOWEVER, I had to show the Manager my order on my phone because she could not even see what I ordered and paid for. (SERIOUSLY?…… SMH) this McDonald’s team need to be trained on how their on line ordering system works or STOP trying to keep up with the times and go back to old school because they can turn off on line ordering for certain stores when they are ignorant to the process!

  This is the worst customer service experience. I've ever had at McDonald's. We waited so long that our ice melted in our drinks. My daughter's Chicken Sandwich was cold and gross and nasty. It made her sick and there was no thank you when I asked about my food, they said I don't know anything about your order
