  Every time we order deliver, they forget something or get the order wrong. They always forget the dipping sauces, and straws. They always forget to put extra onions on my burgers and will consistently put extra pickles on my burgers when I ask for no pickles. Honestly, if you are not physically inside the store, I don't think they care if they get your order right. I have not once gotten an order from them from delivery that hasn't had some issue with it. I try to avoid getting an order from this location if I can.

  Super rude. The lady at the first window was super rude when all I was trying to ask for prices. So rude that I just ended up pulling off. Exact reason why I don’t eat at McDonald’s.

  I have no clue how often they clean their fryers or whatever they scoop their fries out of but apr 20th around 10:15 pm I order and found coins in my fries. Completely lost on how coins can ever find their way into a fryer or near their food prep tables. When I talked to the cashier (short with short blondish hair) about it they brushed me off instantly saying there’s no way they could have gotten in there. No attempt at making it right or listening. Straight to accusing me of putting coins into my OWN fries. From the photo they were buried in there and even lower. they couldn’t haven gotten there unless they were scooped in along with the fries. Idk if they use ecosure or whatever food safety company but they need an inspection immediately.

  I just wanted to share my appreciation for shane working at the 3610 mere hay road location. I had a long wait for my food because of a little mix up and while I was waiting I watched shane treat each customer with respect and apologize for the waits. He was trying to attend to everyone and make sure everything was right. I could tell they were understaffed or just super busy, either way shane was doing great under the pressure. Please give him some recognition or a raise!
