- SMSteven Montgomery3 days ago1.0Well first of all I can't give anything lower than one star or I would have I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese fries and a Coke what I got was just a regular quarter pounder with pickles and that's it mind you I went all the way home before I looked at it I called them and they wrote my name down and said I could have one the next time I came through but I went ahead and ate it and didn't think no big deal well a couple hours later I have never been sicker in my life and what I was I don't know what happened but it was definitely the burger I don't think I will ever eat at McDonald's again especially not this one there's something wrong with McDonald's people something really wrong

I did call ahead to confirm the lobby wasn't open, and they told me I need to place an order through doordash. I don't have a car. I confirmed on the phone they would help me. As someone who also works in fast food, I understand that policies may differ from business to business, but I placed an order the correct way and am now being told I am unable to receive my order. It's a 24 hour McDonald's by a college. Most of the customers around at night don't have cars because they walk to college. How is this a problem?
