  I dine in at this place all the time as it's near my High School, and normally I never have any issues; the staff are well-mannered and the deals on the app work for my very, very small budget. It has a good atmosphere to study too! However, today I was told to leave (not asked nicely) along with every other student in the building not too long after getting my order. I'm pretty observant and I never observed any rowdiness or violence between anyone there and I was especially quiet—I was eating my small order as they manager asked a pair of students to leave, then a group, then me. Everyone told her "Hey, school's out for the day!" But she wasn't having it. I can promise you it wasn't a matter of seating as even with everyone there, the McDonalds still had an excess of open seats to be filled. Again, none of this was done nicely either, and this usually doesn't happen. I probably won't be visiting for a bit, the manager on shift (Monday 4PM) isn't very friendly towards students.

  I'm not one for leaving bad reviews on places- but this is a big chain restaurant- so I have some confidence they can take it. I have never had a fast experience at this location past 5pm.... ever. Complete silence when you pull up to talk to someone- even if there isn't anyone else in the other lane. And then only after you wait at least 3-5 minutes do you actually speak to someone. Then you wait at the window for even longer. I'm actively writing this from the drive thru, and as you can see this is no short review. I've been waiting with 5 cars in front of me- completely still. No one has interacted with the first car in line. I'm here relatively late at night, so I get that the closing shift might be in multiple places at once, but this is insane. And this is written by someone who works in customer/food service.... My word of advice; go to the one further down SE 14th next door to Long John Silvers... Okay... I'm done now. We've officially moved up one car in 15 minutes.... Edit: Shocker to no one... I got home and my order is missing multiple items because of course. I'm aware I'm just gonna get a reply with a link to a survey, but based on other reviews I'm seeing- y'all aren't hiring more/better people so.... the bad reviews are gonna keep coming from others too.

  They really need to start notifying you BEFORE you pay that there will be a long wait especially one this long. Ordered at 8:25 and was the 3rd car in line, finally got my food and was able to head home at 8:44 after being told to pull up to the third window because they were waiting on chicken nuggets, requested a refund and that I would just leave, was advised I still needed to pull up to the third window because they couldn’t refund me right away. Out $20.

  24 mins for a McDouble and small fry? Is this a fast food restaurant or not? There were only 4 ppl in the store including me…this makes zero sense.

  We ordered sauce, didn’t get sauce, and when we asked for sauce that we ordered and didn’t receive, they gave us attitude and told us they needed to charge us. Mind you we ordered and DID NOT RECEIVE IT. Even when other customers were there, they used very loud and used unprofessional language that made everyone uncomfortable. They were visibly upset at doing THEIR JOB. And went to the back with her coworkers to talk shit about us wanting the food we paid for. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been at. It’s the white female with red hair. Very rude. Do not come here. They do not care for their customers.
