Put in a order online and never got made had to wait for it
I didn’t get the chance to place my order today. Corbin refused me service after I asked if my meat could be toasted. He stated that it wasn’t something they could do. Instead, he offered me a phone number for Merchant Investments to file a complaint.
I’m confused because Jimmy John’s advertises toasted subs, yet customer requests related to food preparation don’t seem to be accommodated. I personally can’t eat raw meat and prefer it cooked, so this was disappointing.
I was genuinely excited to eat at Jimmy John’s since it’s been years, but unfortunately, this experience showed me that nothing has changed. Based on this interaction, I won’t be supporting this company moving forward.
I placed a delivery order from this location and never received me food. I called them to ask what had happened, and they informed me that they had my ticket but never made my order. They did offer to make it for me but their delivery driver had left for the night actually to them. But they could third party deliver it instead. I asked if it would be free of charge, they said no, I asked why I would need to pay for their mistake. They said I just can’t do that for you. So I asked for a full refund, after which I hear one of the employees in the background CALL ME A RACIAL SLUR followed by a few other choice words. Clearly I was not meant to hear this but I did. This was completely unprofessional and could’ve been handled differently. Please train your employees on customer service and how to hold their tongue until the call has ended.
all around incredibly poor service for delivery. Had to literally go and get it myself once lol. Management must be such a joke.
