  I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s. I came in to order just two sandwiches: one Veggie sandwich and one Little John Veggie. The employee taking my order seemed confused, asked the person next to him for help, and then asked me if I wanted a Little John. I said yes, and he changed something on the register. To make sure my order was correct, I politely repeated it. Instead of clarifying, the employee responded with a lot of attitude—throwing his hands in the air, sighing loudly, and grabbing the bread in an irritated manner. The woman next to him was smiling too when he did that. It made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for simply trying to confirm my order. I had walked 20 minutes to get to this restaurant, so being treated this way was especially disappointing. Everyone can misunderstand an order, but customers shouldn’t be made to feel bad for trying to make sure it’s correct. I hope the staff receives better customer service training.

  Corey, you don’t know us, you only heard about our son being in the hospital. You made me cry, thank you for your kind soul and support. Sorry I snuck a picture of you. Thank you for the cookie for our boy too, I know when he wakes up he will smile! Thank you is not enough but it’s all I can do right now! We aren’t from here and it’s been an emotional weekend and week. Thank you, thank you thank you!
