  If you're looking at this before ordering; plan for at least an hour, if not an hour and a half for delivery. It is the most inept chain. My toasted sandwich was in a car for over an hour before being delivered. I called to inquire and after being on hold for 10 minutes they said it would get there when it gets there.

  Multiple times I’ve ordered for delivery and it’s taken well over an hour to get my food (if it even gets sent out in the first place). Cancel out your promise times if you’re not able to fulfill them. Not very “freaky fast”.

  Freaky fast this store is not! Our office has had several orders over the last 2 1/2 months which have taken much longer than expected to arrive. Can take up to an hour to get your order and manager nor delivery drivers don't really seem to care. The sandwiches aren't that good to wait for an hour!

  They had delivered to my address multiple times even recently and now I'm being told I'm out of all jimmy John's restaurant delivery area's I find that incredibly difficult to believe with my last order only being a few weeks ago
