  3rd visit in last 6 months and it gets worse every time. I dont know if it is new owners or management, but you seriously need some adult supervision in there. Sooooo slow. Food quality is awful. Bread was hard and dry. I will drive the extra miles to downtown location going forward.

  Food was off today tasted a bit chemically however, the people were super nice and the place is cleaned.

  Bread was so stale it hurt my teeth and the peppers I couldn’t bite through and lettuce tasty so weird it’s like every been sitting out

  Been almost two hours and my food still hasn't arrived. Called and staff said they're just really busy today. Maybe you should hire more people and pay them better wages if that's the case. Guy wouldn't even give me a credit, told me to call back AGAIN if it wasn't here in another ten minutes. Why is that MY responsibility? I order from here only every once in a while and today reminded me why. This is the worst service I have ever experienced here in the metro, and that says something
