  Worst experience EVER so I ordered my sandwich at 1249 it is now 217 no sandwich so I call they me tell oh yeah we were so busy today that we used a 3 party to deliver So I say dont you think you should tell people your using a 3rd party cause your busy and the deliver time might be longer HE tells no thats not are responsibly NO I sorry But I should have already had a clue WHEN THE MANAGER COULDN'T EVEN SPELL MY STREET WHICH IS UNION ST AND TOLD ME I WASENT IN HIS AREA SO ONLY AFTER THAT I WAS HE JUST COULDN'T SPELL OR MAYBE JUST ASK ME HOW TO SPELL IT .ETHIER WAY THATS BEYOND A BAD EXPERIENCE. 225 STILL NO SANDWICH

  Clearly new management as the service quality this past year has plummeted. Always out of wheat bread, or potato salad, now pita bread. Also not always have a driver on duty and definitely not freakish fast. Been coming here twice a week for like 5 years, time to drive to jersey mikes cause this owner apparently isn't concerned with customer service. If I couod leave negative i would. The guy whonised to work here ran it good guy they have now doesn't. 22 minutes in drive through and waiting for food is ridiculous

  Know where to begin, but the bottom line is they were making my sandwich and it was clearly burned the edges were burned black I merely said to the gentleman " I can't eat that bro the bun will be too hard," I did not need to elaborate my dental problems but even if I wanted to I didn't get a chance because some gentleman approximately 8 to 10 ft away, " not even sure how he could see the sandwich," volunteered his opinion, " that's the way that they come out," a brief conversation ensued for about less than 10 seconds where i said please dont insult me," before he started actually using cuss words towards me ( I just hope the video and audio is still intact and there when I go in tomorrow and or again on Monday ) to talk to the owner of this restaurant. This person should not be working in the retail industry. Oh and until this crazy person is gone I'm going to Boycott this location and slam it on FB. All 12k plus ofy followers will hopefully stand with me. PS a $43 order walked out your door and if only 20 of my Southside people boycott ? You could stand to lose a grand every week or so !!!! Imagine if I get 100 ?? Buh Bye Shop

  Jimmy John's always makes great sandwiches. I always order on the app for drive thru pickup and never have to wait. It's great.
