- LBLishe BSep 18, 20261.0Customer service was non existent, acted like I wasn’t there, then had an irritated look and just pointed when I asked where my sandwich was that I ordered online, with it being my first time in this location I wasn’t sure, but would have been nice if staff were more friendly, definitely won’t be returning smh.
- ERElizabeth RoachSep 6, 20261.0Went here today and got 2 sandwiches (one to eat later), along with friends who also got sandwiches, I got a Chicken bacon ranch, which i ended up with only lettuce and pickles in my sandwich. And a #12 which did not have the avocado on it. I had asked for some subsitutions (dairy free so asked for no ranch, cheese and a couple other things). While we were in the location waiting about 30 minutes for 6 sandwiches, the music was loud and one of the employees was shouting profanities and yelling at coworkers.

I ordered about 10 minutes out in the app, and was told it would take roughly 15 minutes (large order). When I showed up there were 3 employees, and when they realized they hadn’t seen my order, the young man who greeted me apologized profusely and threw the entire order together by himself in roughly 3 minutes, and even gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience. The bread was fresh, food was good, and service was pleasant and helpful.
