  I was coming back from Omaha and wanted to grab some food before work. I ordered about 10 minutes out in the app, and was told it would take roughly 15 minutes (large order). When I showed up there were 3 employees, and when they realized they hadn’t seen my order, the young man who greeted me apologized profusely and threw the entire order together by himself in roughly 3 minutes, and even gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience. The bread was fresh, food was good, and service was pleasant and helpful.

  I ordered lunch for delivery. When the food arrived I was missing my brownie from my order and when I tried to call them, I was left on the line for upwards of 5 minutes

  This is the JJ that made me never come to any chain JJ... the workers were really rude in a weird way. the food was also very slim and empty. I asked for a number 1 with turkey also. The dude got as sassy and said, "So you want a number *blah* with turkey," and I told him no, then what I wanted again. he was keeping telling me a complete wrong thing, so then I just said i dont care what you call it as long as it has everything I asked for on it. The dude and his crew were about as bright as a bag of 2 rocks. This was some time ago, so I bet times have changed, but they had some weird attitude.

  My son was walking home from school and stopped at Jimmy John’s to buy a cookie. He was told when he walked in that they took cash only because he had a card . And when he walked out, they called him silly goose . He came home and told me of this incident. I called them and asked them if they take Cash and Card and they confirmed that they take both. I asked to talk to the manager. He said he was the assistant manager. From there, he told me That they had asked my son if he had money and that he said no . Which was inaccurate because he had a card with his own name on it . And I then said why would you call a child, silly goose and proceed that way? He then said we actually have a sign that says we will not serve children without parents . At this moment, it clearly shows that he was lying about how he treated a child as a grown adult man . also if that had been the case , that they didn’t serve children , he should have verbally expressed to my child or any child walking in . Then this conversation wouldn’t have happened . He said that they get people coming inside their store begging for things. I told him they do not need a stereotype my child . A Young African-American child with twist in his hair . Do not go to this place!! Update ; before taking my son to soccer practice, I went to the store to talk to This manager about what had happened and he was not there so I talked to the manager. I voiced my concerns. The team member on the Line said that the Prior manager asked my son if he had money. My son said that he asked him if he had cash and that. He had said cash only . So there’s a discrepancy between what my son Heard and what the manager states that he said . One thing that was not argued against was name-calling of my son . So my thoughts still stand do not go to this place you do not have the right to bully children. The manager on duty offered me a cookie, and I declined and advised that I did not want to purchase anything nor get a free item that was not the reason why I was coming in. It was the matter of Respect to my son because I am raising a respectful young man. They did not apologize they said that it was a misunderstanding .
