    Friendly staff. My problem is the drive through and the coffee. They have a two lane set up that merges into one lane. It’s like a construction zone that nobody likes. It wasn’t even that busy and I waited around 40 minutes for two coffees. I thought it was the line that caused the wait and I was wrong. They are just very slow at making coffee. Once you get up to the window you still have to wait another 3-4 minutes for your two coffees. I’m glad they were all in a good mood and laughing and joking around in there, you could actually hear them all they outside when I was four cars from the window. I’m not saying don’t have fun, but buckle down and slang those orders first. Also they don’t have whole milk which is a shame. Then I got home and my cookie butter latte tasted like coffee with milk. Had no hint of tasting like cookie butter. This was my first and last time going. 7 brew has a better drive through and even when they are packed you are in and out.

    My love affair with Dutch Brothers continues. I have ZERO desire to get coffee anywhere else, ever. The staff are always SO friendly and fawn over our dogs. The music outside, a Vibe. There is always some extra cute thing going on. I got a sticker on my very first visit there, today we were gifted a mystery 2 pack of straw toppers and my day was made. They're SO cute! The coffee is DELICIOUS and there are SO many sugar free options, an entire menu of SF options. There's secret menu items if you have the app.....shhhhhhh! Cannot wait to keep trying more and more of their drinks. Pup cups for the babies, they give 10 paws! The price is quite affordable and reasonable as well! I should have known it was amazing here - no matter the day or time, there are always cars in both lines. But don't worry, they run it like a well oiled machine. On the busiest time I went I was still in/out of line, coffee and sticker in hand and on my way in about 15 minutes.

    Too new, lots of teenagers still being trained yet. First order was a slushie style lemonade which was supposed to be iced. 2nd order was same order but they made me a rebel lemonade which had energy drink added which I didn't asked for.

    the past several times I have gone through the drive-through. The workers have been quite rude I will say it’s not all of them, but there are a handful that seemed to have woke up on the wrong side of the bed

    I ordered 3 drinks, paid, and got to the window where they handed me the three drinks. As I was pulling away I realized that one of the drinks was wrong. I circled around to the girl who was directing cars and told her what happened. No problem they remade the drink correctly. The big problem is when you (Manger) betrate, reprimand, punish and criticize the innocent girl who was helping me about what I (the customer) should've done in front of the line of cars and myself who was parked was totally inexcusable. I understand mistakes are made and that wasn't even the issue but the way you treated your employee was awful. Do better Dutch Bros BE KIND
