- AEAustin Eiskant6 days ago5.0The young man working on 9/29 helped work my way around the app and gave exceptional customer service. He was very patient and kind 10/10 will come back because of him.
- JCJames Cowles6 days ago1.0Been going here for a long time but recently service is very slow and out of the last 10 times my drink was only made right once…also if you order light ice you only get 3/4ths of a drink I’m not paying 8 dollars for a drink that is mostly ice will not be returning to this location
- JTJordy TapiaSep 10, 20265.0Excellent service; they were truly attentive and fast, and the staff were very pleasant people. I’ll be coming back more often.
- SWSarah Van De WeertAug 29, 20261.0Orders are often incorrect. As someone with lactose intolerance, I order items without cheese and with alternative milks. On multiple occasions, these orders have not been correct. This store does not always label their drinks either, so when ordering multiple drinks, it can be unclear which drink contains milk and which has the alternative. This is unsafe practice for folks who may have allergens or other concerns. Would not recommend this location for folks with allergies or intolerances.
- DDDoriAug 22, 20261.0I wanted to leave a review as a visible complaint to whoever may be in charge. Yesterday, I was picking up an order from this Dunkin' around 1 pm. I watched the employee ignore two people coming up through the drive-through. I flagged him down for one, but the other had to drive off and was never given service. He'd been talking the entire time, but I thought there was another employee in the back. He was speaking in Spanish, so the conversation specifics were unknown to me. Turns out, he was on his phone the entire time. He had been wearing a Bluetooth device in his ear, opposite his work one for the drive-through. No wonder he didn't hear those poor people. This behavior is entirely negligent and unprofessional.
