My husband ordered over $200 in pizza for a company meeting. Some of the pizzas were incorrect. That wasn't the main concern, places make mistakes all the time. It's the response he received after. He called in to try and get the mistake corrected and the woman who interacted with him was so rude and ugly, she told him the reason for this was because she did not like his "tone". Now as a woman who has professionally mastered her tone let me tell you...he does not have one. He has the opposite of a tone, he is the most mellow non chalant person in the world. But this person stated she would not help him resolve the issue because she didn't like his tone. Now this would have had my tone go from zero to 100 but true to form he stayed himself. Very calm, very demure. I observed him listen to this lady be down right just rude and ugly to him while he calmly, directly ask for the remake. As if it was her day job to upset him, she then hangs up. Hangs up on him. Me personally ... I would have lost it. He called back..to again get the same woman who said she wasn't helping him.... Again. My husband tries to again ask about a remake but then decides it probably better to speak with her manager, at this point he has a meeting he needs to attend and people to fed. As if it was her day job.. she hangs up on him AGAIN. My husband had to eventually go up there and wouldn't you believe it, the woman started to y'all at him! Literally screamed at him and refused to give him any corporate numbers. The audacity one must possess to treat someone so unkind should never be in a customer facing role. I hope this location does better and I hope she finds her perfect role...in the back.
