- GRGlenda RabeMay 9, 20261.0Went through drive through 10 min before close. Our order included 2 of the Savannah Banana Split shakes. Received 2 warm, brown liquids with whipped topping on them. Appears to have chunks of chocolate and strawberry blended in. If I had to guess, they were cleaning the machine with warm water and flushing it at the end of the night. Decided to serve up hot ice cream soup to the last customer. If hadn't been in drive thru and driving away when realized what was served, would have returned. Terrible service. 5/9/2026

But the amount of ice cream is equivalent to a small. I ask energy time. Is this a large. They say yes. It's always kids with no supervision. Apparently they need a boss supervising them
