You can tell they are trying to make improvements. The Blizzards can vary somewhat with the amount of toppings added to the ice cream; we paid for extra toppings this last time and it was great!

We specifically ask and even pay extra for for additional scoops of inclusions and they still give us a cup of vanilla ice cream with hardly anything inside. The staff is also consistently rude.
