The banana split was supposed to have the chocolate substituted, she said that there was only one employee in the store, and by the time it got home was realized that there was still chocolate in there, as Carmel was requested, the person that the banana split was, for cannot have the chocolate. Therefore, your employees could have killed somebody by not listening to the order when it was given. This is uncalled for and I went through a bunch of reviews, and I see the owner respond. Well, sorry, we didn't satisfy you, please give us another chance. I quit going to that store 4 years ago and I should have been high on my guard and told her never to go to that story again and I'm guaranteeing you, we will never give you another chance because you guys can't seem to listen or do anything that does what the customer asks you guys do, what you want, you guys try to claim, oh, it's policy we can't do this or we can't do that okay, no more chances for you, you guys are done I quit going there 4 years ago and I will not return So everything you want to sit there and throw this way saying, oh, please give us another chance.Please give us another chance you only get second chances in life.You don't get a third and when you're dead, you don't get a second chance at all, so therefore, and this lifetime, as long as I'm here, you guys are dead.Your store will never see my business ever again.I wouldn't give a dime even if you guys were failing.I would let you guys fail and watch the store get demolished , Because\nYou guys don't ever change you guys.Oh, well, we'll just fix this this way.Okay, give us another shot.You get another shot and you do the same thing.Get another shot.How many shots of customer supposed to give you?Well, this customer's completely done I wouldn't give you a dime if you guys needed it.If your store was on fire , I wouldn't even watch I wouldn't even help put it out , I would sit there and watch it burn that's how much I hate your store

My wife and I have been multiple times where they’ve run out of chocolate ice cream, haven’t been able to accept card, haven’t answered the phone to confirm if they’re open. The store must be run by absolutely incapable ownership. Disappointed consistently and won’t be bothering with them again.
