- LRLatoshia Robbins2 days ago1.0Went in to get my son and bf food for lunch manager was clearly doing an interview in the lobby which no big deal I get it my first question to leave should have been when we stood there for 5 mins wait to even be spoken to by an employee the lady that came up front to help seemed irritated that I bothered her to come get food I handed her a sticky note with my boyfriends order as he was not with me she began building the bowl I noticed she put what appears to be pico on there instead of red chili sauce when I ask she said it was right I get back with the food and of course it was not right go to get my bowl out and all the rice is dry and stuck together not even edible

They call me by my name and know my order. I walked in the one time and without asking one of them went to go get my order she knew who I was. I just wanna say that k you to the team that works around lunch hours, I truly cannot express enough how they make my day everyday when I pick up my lunch. Good portions, clean place with beautiful smiles. I wish I could give them all a million dollar.

I’ve ordered online a couple times just so I can go in grab and leave but when I go in it’s still never made. I think chipotle in a whole needs to do a better job at that but overall great meal and service!
