  Usually when I go to this location, I get excellent service and I feel important to the server. This evening I didn’t feel that way. My server only refilled my drink and we had 6 people eating AND it was my kids birthday. It was like she was almost avoiding my table, seems maybe she was going through something. I had to keep raising my hand for her to come to our table. Wasn’t impressed with her service or hospitality but still tipped, even against my better judgement. Great food, terrible service. Do better please.

  What is the point in having an online order service if the food won't be ready. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:10 I arrived exactly at that time. Here it is 5:30 and my order is still not ready. People who've order after me have gotten there food. I'm disappointed the whole purpose of ordering ahead was so I didn't have to wait.

  Staffing issues, how is it a Saturday night and you only have 2 servers? Also I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but that's also probably understaffed, there are dashers lined up basically out the door waiting for orders.

  We visited on Sunday, April 12th. I completely understand being understaffed—that’s not the issue here. The problem was the cleanliness. We were told to find a table, but after trying three different tables, all of them were dirty. The floors were unclean, and several other tables still had trash left behind from previous customers. I’m always willing to be patient and wait for food or service, but cleanliness is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below basic expectations. Management needs to take this seriously.
