    Today on 8/19/26, I had 7 Brew for the second time ever in my life. My brewista who took my order today was Blain. I told her to surprise me in my order, she was such an energetic and content person who brought the whole place up. I received my drink in a timely manner and had such a good experience here.

    I would drive my wife here before work nearly everyday. We used to get a military discount, now the employees say they are under new management and any discount only applies to first responders EMS and Police officers… I am not sure why the change would exclude the military in your discounts. It’s a little crazy tbh. Are the employees misinformed or are we only entitling domestic responders to discounts?

    I had a disappointing experience at this 7 Brew location. I arrived a few minutes before the posted closing time, and while I was waiting, I could see the employees talking back and forth, seemingly debating whether they wanted to take my order. They didn't come to my window until exactly 10:00 p.m. to tell me they could no longer accept orders after 10. I completely understand that there has to be a cutoff time, and I respect that policy. However, I arrived before 10:00 p.m., and if someone had taken my order when I first pulled up, there wouldn't have been an issue. Instead, I was left waiting until it was too late. It felt unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth, especially since I drove 15 minutes to get there. I hope management encourages staff to either serve customers who arrive before closing or communicate promptly instead of making them wait until they're no longer eligible to order.
