  Everyone is always so sweet and nice. When you come. When I got up to the front, the young lady asked me if I'd been helped yet. I told her no, not yet, and she was so happy to help. Take my order. Listen to what I asked for and was just very sweet and kind.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered TWO drinks and the cashier hands me ONE drink (blondie) and starts to walk away. I let her know that I had ordered two drinks, a chiller and a blondie. She gives me an attitude like if I was asking for a free drink. I handed the blondie over to my husband and he starts drinking from it. She goes back to the hub and the other workers are telling her to take back the drink which he’s already drinking from because she handed over the wrong order I could hear everything they were saying. She comes back with a chiller that’s supposed to be frozen and it’s completely melted. Instead of asking for a replacement, I went to Casey’s to get $1 slushee. No apologizes offered no niceties exchanged just pure rudeness. Definitely won’t be back to pay for subpar service and frozen drinks that’s are not frozen.

  I’ve tried giving this location multiple changes and it’s never been good so I know they weren’t just having an off day the first time I went. First off, every time I’ve went, their lines move so slow. I went today and I was in the line for 30 minutes and I even had my order ready to go on the mobile app. All the girl had to do was scan my code on my phone and allow me to pay. I was in the 2nd lane, I finally got up to getting my drink and the girl admits that they gave the car in front of me my drink so I had to wait even longer for my drink to be remade. She almost had it made with oatmilk instead of almond milk because she didn’t even bother to ask. I had to tell her that it was almond milk and my coffee isn’t even good. It tastes watered down. They leave drinks sitting out in the open on a cart with bugs including bees flying around them. I’ve never had 1 decent experience here and it makes me not want to try another 7 brew location. The workers act like they don’t want to be there and why aren’t they dressed professionally? When did sweatpants become work uniforms? It’s just all around awful so if you want to wait 30+ minutes for a watered down drink that has had bugs flying around it, you can go to this 7 brew location and they will make sure of that. I will NOT be returning.

  Great coffee but wait is insane and can y’all PLEASE not send somebody to take orders who’s chewing gum and popping bubbles?? SO ANNOYING. I will literally drive away next time. Also- Employee looked at the iPad as it asked the question and seemed irritated I didn’t tip, turned the iPad around before I was even able to press no tip, she pressed finish and stomped away. That attitude is crazy. Coffee is expensive these days as is. Whatcha gonna get a tip for?? Smacking your gum and popping bubbles in my ear? Girl bye.

  I wouldn’t normally leave a one-star review over something like this, but today’s experience really upset me. I got up at 6:30 AM so I could be at the location by 7:00 AM because I wanted one of the squishy toys being offered. I ended up waiting in line for an hour and 20 minutes. I misunderstood the advertisement and thought the promotion was one squishy with either two medium drinks or one large drink. When I got to the window, the employee handed me my drink, and I asked about the squishy. She explained that I needed two drinks to qualify. I told her I had been waiting for over an hour and asked if I could simply add another drink so I could qualify, but I was told no. I understand that misunderstanding the promotion was ultimately my fault, and I can accept that. What really frustrated me, though, was that no one told me when I ordered. The employee taking my order knew I was only getting one drink. Did she really think I had waited an hour and 20 minutes just for a coffee? There are several other coffee shops in the area where I could have gotten a drink without that kind of wait. I’m not upset that I didn’t get the squishy as much as I’m upset that this could have been avoided with a simple heads-up when I placed my order. Instead, I spent nearly two hours of my morning waiting, only to find out at the window that I didn’t qualify and there was nothing they could do. Definitely the biggest waste of two hours, and unfortunately this experience will probably deter me from coming back for a while.
