  The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was kinda nervous about just ordering a water, because some people get annoyed at that, but the worker was super kind about it! She even went in and got it for me herself so I could skip the line!

  Stargazer Energy is my lifeblood and Rin is an absolute doll and always serving the best customer interaction. The location on Merle Hay can get pretty busy. Kind if expect it when there are always so many deals and new drinks happening. Love this store and crew.

  Worst experience ever!! I came to the Merle Hay location. The vehicle before places no order but several of the staff members came to the vehicle window. They continued to stand around the car for 10 minutes in total while the cars behind me lined up and the car in front of me didn’t move because they were all talking. When I finally got to pull up to receive my order I asked for a manager they refused to let me talk to one. I told them how unhappy I was and they said that it was their “old manager” they were speaking too! Completely disrespectful. I go to 7 brew daily but unfortunately now I’ll have to drive across town to get decent service

  I come here very often and I absolutely love the drinks. But I am going to say I came this evening and was very disappointed. I realize it’s a half hour before close so they may be light on staff. But I have been sitting in the drive-through for more than 15 minutes and only one car has been served their drink. An employee came out the door on the drive-through side, looked at the number of cars in line and got an extremely aggravated look on her face before going back in. I am now still waiting and two employees are outside doing garbage which I realize is important but it seems like waiting on customers should be the priority.
