  Refused to give me a straw with my drink. Said they only give it for drinks that are smoothies or have whipped cream on top. Will not be going here anymore lol.

  So annoying never getting what you order. 3rd time at this location ordering light ice, yet they fill the cup to the brim! For $7, you get a cup of ice. GIVE THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WANT!

  Don't even bother making modifications to your drink since they clearly don't know or just don't care to follow it. Literally every other 7Brew in the state is better than this place.

  I’ve been coming to this stand since they opened, and i’ve never had an experience this terrible, and I have never had to wait this long for a drink, let alone for it to be extremely watered down/not even remotely similar to what I ordered. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. I came here yesterday around 3:30 PM, ordered 4 drinks ahead with the mobile app. The girls outside taking people’s orders were super sweet and knowledgeable. When I got here they told me their system was having some issues, and to pay for the order at the pickup window. I was stuck in line for over an hour with a baby, and a car with a broken AC. Customers that were behind us were all getting their orders before us, while the people in front were left waiting for extended periods of time just to get their drinks. The line was not moving whatsoever for about the first 45 minutes we were there, and we had absolutely no way of backing out, or getting out of the line, as both lines were extremely packed. The girls outside were kind enough to bring us a couple cups of ice while we were stuck waiting, since once again our car had no working AC. I could visibly see not only the people behind me getting extremely upset and frustrated, rightfully so, but the people next to me as well, because the baristas were running around to different cars trying to get different cars their drinks, but it seemed like all the customers behind us were getting their drinks before everyone else towards the front of the line. One of the customers ran out of gas in the middle of waiting in line, so everyone behind their car had to move over to our lane, and go around the broken down car. People weren’t listening and just stayed in our lane instead of getting back over, causing the line to back up even more. Once we had already been there for an hour, I went up to the window and asked who i’m assuming was the manager on duty, who appeared to be training a brand new staff on the busiest day of the week on how to craft drinks, if we could just grab our coffee and somehow back out of the line, or if they could move the line forward, as once again, we had a baby in the car with a broken AC, and we had been there for an hour at this point. I ordered 4 drinks total, 2 of which included an iced apple chai with cold foam, and a pumpkin blondie. All 4 of the drinks I ordered were extremely watered down, the cold foam appeared to either have been sitting out for a while, or they just didn’t want to give me a proper amount of foam that was paid for, and 2 of the drinks weren’t even what I ordered. There was no taste of apple, chai, or even pumpkin in either drinks. Every single drink just tasted like water, and coffee. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if, the staff cannot even make the drinks properly or even the correct one, the drinks aren’t even going to be made in a timely manner or even ahead of time, and the MANAGER asking HOW you want your drink made. Even after all of this, there were still numerous cars behind us that were all getting their drinks before we were. I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy the free drink I redeemed for this order, as it literally wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered. I will definitely not be returning to this location, my experience here was terrible. I would absolutely leave 0 stars if I could, I do not recommend visiting this stand unless you want to wait over an hour for some watered down coffee that isn’t even what you ordered.

  We waited in line for a total of 50 mins just to get our drinks made wrong and ALL overly sweet. We did ask for ONE of the drinks to be made extra sweet, but it has never been this sweet before. And I ordered a large 7energy with mango, peach and pineapple, and the drink came out red…. make that make sense. After 40 mins of waiting in line, when I’m at the window, they told us they’re just a little busy and they’re making my drinks right now and if I could just pull up a little bit, which I understand, but then four cars behind me left after already receiving their drinks and I waited another 10 mins. I’m super annoyed because me and my sisters have been coming here since they opened, and even during their opening week, when cars were waiting all the way down the street, it didn’t take this long. I understand being busy, but waiting almost an hour for three simple drinks, just for them to be made wrong is absurd. Don’t they just crack open a can and add syrups? There’s no way to leave once you’re in line so they should really prioritize what order came first so they can get cars out faster. For a moment, one lane wasn’t moving at all and the other lane was.
