  Placed an order at 8:07p online. Order status was confirmed, delivery estimated to 8:36p. Delivery was not completed until 9:16 - 40 minutes later. I had called to talk to someone about this issue at 8:57p. Spoke with someone and they had confirmed it had gone out with the driver. At this point it was already over 20 minutes from delivery time. No one likes soggy cold pizza especially when paying over $20.00 for one large. I had asked if we could get some money back and the worker I was speaking with said he was newer to working with the system and placed me on hold. Waited on hold, being patient for about 9 minutes then got hung up on. I called again thinking maybe the call dropped - but then the call did not get answered and I let it ring for 4 minutes. My husband tried calling as well and no answer. Terrible customer service from this experience. Typically not what I expect - very disappointed.

  Order was over 30 minutes late. Store had no clue why door dash had not picked it up when they transfered it to door dash - apparently store driver said he delivered it but he left for night. Shift Lead could use some more training so as they are not telling customers "I have no clue."

  I sat for 30 mins and then another 45 to get my food. I highly do not recommend if you are on a lunch break.

  We stopped in for dine in service on 5/31/26, it was the worst service and food. It was not busy at all with the amount of workers working IMO. Us as well as others, needed drink refills and had to go to the counter and ask for them. The restrooms were beyond disgusting as the floors going to the restroom were VERY sticky, no paper towels in the mens room and the trash overflowing in the womens. As far as the restaurant overall cleanliness/appearance , I would rate as mediocre at best. People were walking out of the restaurant due to the lack of service. We never received plates for our food, so we used paper towels as plates (thank goodness for the rolls of paper towels at the table). The food when it did come out (salad, breadsticks, and mini pizza) came out all separately and looked like it had been sitting for quite some time, as nothing looked or tasted fresh. Overall, we were there for approximately 1.5 hours that we will never get back. WOULD. NOT. RECOMMEND. Go to Pizza Ranch across the street, may cost more, but it will be better! EDIT 6/24/26: It has now been 3 weeks since our visit. I had an area coach reach out to me and to this day have not heard anything back nor anything in the mail. AGAIN....RUN from this place as fast as you can!! Customer service is lacking in every aspect, not just at the restaurant.
