    My son wanted to try the new berry sprite and I figured I may as well too. After being handed the drinks I asked if I could get a straw for mine AND SHE WOULDNT GIVE ME A STRAW FOR MY ALMOST 5 DOLLAR DRINK. Apparently meals just don’t come with napkins anymore either. It’s little things that help keep the retention of your customers so maybe we should work on that instead of repeatedly letting customers down with your poor service efforts.

    Believe they lost my order again. It would be nice if they cared about the service of their in-restaurant customers as much as they do the drive through. Been waiting 25 minutes and still no food.
