  if I could do No stars I would. I quite literally ordered my food at 5:35. It is currently 7:47pm and I still don’t have any food. My brother went to go pick it up around 5:50 pm from there it was complete Hell they apparently lost my order. It got taken off of the computers and then they forgot he was sitting there so they only gave him the drinks at like 6:38 and then a 30 minutes went by. I called them. They told me they didn’t know what I was talking about because the order wasn’t in the system so I re-told them what I got, and they asked me if I ordered from the wrong store which I didn’t and I recited back on what the address was and I still never got my order order and now I’m hungry and upset.

  I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! my boyfriend and i come here all the time and the food is always beyond our expectations!! the workers are always so nice and the food is phenomenal. We drive farther just to go to this location. 1000/10

  I don't know what these people's problem are. I come there to get my mobile order. Its literally ready and sitting not at the pick up but on the counter. So many workers walk past and look at me with a blank look and do something else. It wasnt even busy. I get it fast food work is not the best.. I was a fast food worker before, but that didnt give me the excuse to ignore customers to the max and give them terrible services with bad attitudes. Do better guys 🤦🏾

  Nisha was at the window and she was great!!! She had a great attitude and her smile was so warm :D They always do a great job at this location! I love getting my post-work snacks from here.
