- AMAllison MarandaApr 29, 20261.0Placed an order online through the app said it would be ready at 12:35. Came in at 12:40 to pick it up and they said they had not received it. Showed my proof of purchase and the proof that I ordered it at that location. I had my phone ripped of my hand and was told there was nothing they could do. I proceeded to ask for a number I could call and was told I’d have to call my bank to get my money back. I was told by a second employee that “they don’t use those apps” if you are not going to take app orders then don’t allow me to order.

The kids working in there pretty much blew off this one Customer while they were dancing and singing as loud as they could with their friend standing on the other side of the counter trying to sell some sort of tickets doing the same as them. Disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Just save your money and try the other food court places.
