  They are always the nicest people, but im not coming here for company. There is always something wrong with the order, for example, ordered a tropical cream and recieved no ice cream... which is literally in the name so all I got was a slushy... not to mention that ive gotten the wrong things because "oh we ran out so we substituted" with something worh 3 dollars less and no offers to fix it. Took a manager coming out and saying they DID have the item, and remade it

  Me: **pull up to stall away from building in the shade in the afternoon, push button** Them: "Our outside stalls are closed, i can take your order at a stall next to the building" Me: **moves to stall next to building** Them: **waits 3 minutes to answer** Them: "All of our stalls are closed right now, I can take your order in the drive thru" Me: "You just told me to move over here" Them: "You can put your order in on door dash" Me: **leaves** Why does Sonic have such a persistent problem with operating their location with any courtesy and tact?
