  You can’t talk about iconic Midwest eats without mentioning Portillo’s. Whether I’m craving a savory classic or the ultimate sweet treat, this is the place that consistently delivers. It is truly unmatched. They do it the right way—poppy seed bun, neon green relish, sport peppers, and that perfect snap to the hot dog. It’s a flavor profile you just can’t find anywhere else. If you haven’t had the Chocolate Cake Shake, have you even lived? It sounds indulgent (because it is!), but the flavor and texture are 10/10. It is the gold standard of milkshakes. The atmosphere is always high-energy and fun. Even when they are packed, the "Portillo's system" is a well-oiled machine. The service is fast, and the food always comes out hot and fresh. 5 stars. It’s a must-visit for locals and out-of-towners alike. You haven't had the full QC/Chicagoland experience until you've had a dog and a shake here!

  Hello, my name is Lisa an white Whitmer Wagman I just moved here because I'm getting a divorce and it's not final till September 18th. My husband will not give me any money not one penny the lawyer won't help me my husband won't help me my dad Maron Lee Whitmer a minister won't help me my stepmother won't help me my mother passed away 7 years ago and my dad and Annie Hawk they wrote at be French that they both are my parents, Annie is my stepmom I'm not quite sure why I'm here or what I'm doing but there's a reason my lawyer is Justin Tile I don't know if you've ever heard of him, I'm moving down to Texas soon to help the children in Texas. I'm a very loving parent very very very loving I have a 20-year-old daughter, she's going to college at St Ambrose this fall she's in Mustine college right now her name's Brianna Elizabeth and she is not helping me because she's 20 she's scared she doesn't want her parents to separate or divorce.

  How disappointing! Ordered a hot Italian beef with peppers. What I got was a bread with a few hot peppers. There was hardly any meat on the sandwich. It looked like it was spread with a knife. $25 for nothing except my wife's hotdogs. Never again!
