We both swear by the 1/2 and 1/2 deal—it’s the perfect amount of food and we love being able to mix and match our favorites. Whether it's a quick bite or a long lunch, we always leave happy. Five stars for always being part of our favorite routine!

The ice tea -- pretty much the only thing I can drink -- was empty, and I brought it to the attention of the staff. I stood and waited. After a while a staffer came over and said they were going to brew more and it would "be a minute." I made the mistake of taking that seriously and stood there waiting. Ay first it didnt matter because my food wasnt ready yet. After 10 minutes my food was ready so I got it and took it to one of the two available tables -- both dirty. I really needed a drink before i started eating so I went back to the drink station, thinking it couldnt be much longer. In fact, it was another 10 minutes. I finally got back to my table with iced tea and the food was a shock. I ordered the Italiano sandwich and even after I took the peppers off, it was so spicy hot as to be inedible. I tried but couldnt finish it. The BLT salad was at the other extreme -- the tiny bits of bacon had no flavor, nor did the cheese pieces. A very disappointing meal.

I asked the buss girl if I could clean the tables because they were all dirty. And instead of apologizing for the dirty tables and offering to make it better and clean them for us. She handed me a cleaning wipe. I have never experienced this behavior at an establishment before. I'm astounded.
