  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to 4 times I have been in this restaurant 1 of those I walked out due to 4 employees working driver thru and no one manning the front counter, I had cash. Long wait times, At 810 this morning I placed a order for lg Carmel macchito, lg unsweetened tea and sausage egg mcmuffin. I went ahead and mobile order. And Selected already here because this place is slow at 815 I walked thru the door at your restaurant found my lg Carmel macchito and my sandwich but my other drink was missing. No employees up front that I could see. Stood there for a few open the lid to my 4.00 drink and I get a 1/4 empty cup, finally Team Member walks out from behind the wall. I ask to for my cup to be filled, and told that the machine makes them this way. Supervisor shows up and tells me the same and she can try to fill it up. No name tags on either person as a supervisor and team member this is just lazy. Then I had to ask for my second drink to get it.. 5 mins of my day wasted do to incompetent restaurant and employees. So McDonald's has started give Meduim drinks for lg prices. What a rip off

  I always get cook to order food and most of the time they nail it. That's more than most the McDonald's in the qp that I've been to can say. Weekdays has a super solid crew, weekends is a toss up sometimes if I'll get just as good or slightly worse service. Nothing that deters me personally but just something I keep in mind when going.

  Fix your kiosks, add menu items to the kiosks that are on the app, or get rid of them
