  These donuts are not fresh. They are constantly messing up the order. And I tried to over look it, because its a bunch of kids working here. With what seems to be a language barrier. But today was a mess. Was refused a refund. And I have never asked for a refund. Donuts were tough, asked for a coffee, the made it cold. I said I asked for hot, they remade it. Then to top it off. A breakfast sandwich I have been eating for years was handed to me and was dry and cold as could be. It looked like it was toy sandwich pieces. I said I'm not estting this and I want a refund. She said I cant give you a refund because of policy but I can remake it. I picked the wrong location and will have to drive further from now on.

  I just received my regular matcha order from here. Somehow it tastes like cough syrup? Not a great morning

  Went in and nobody would speak to us or wait on us.. only worked on drive thru orders. Left us standing there for 10 minutes... we finally walked out. Whatever happened to saying, will be right with you.. they had no intention of taking our order.
