  Carlos was cool. I do wish he came by the table more often, but he was accurate and very courteous whenever he did appear. The food leaves a bit to be desired, and is super salty in general. I'm not sodium sensitive, but everything from the apps to the wings and sides are over salted when ordered as is (without any modifications like 'no seasoning'). Service overall was quite slow, which, we couldn't understand since there were only about two other tables dining and it was earlier in the day. Arcade areas and prize redemption areas are nice. There's a ton of games to choose from in comparison to similar arcade/indoor theme parks in the area. Unfortunately, for the most part I left unimpressed. I specifically asked for a birthday dessert when making a reservation. Not only was the request ignored, but it was doubled down on when asked for in person. I was firmly told I wouldn't be provided with a birthday dessert of any kind. Wrong first impression to make, inclusive of the many flies, and snail's pace service. Based on this singular experience I would never return for food. There are so many food options in the immediate area that would surely appreciate my patronage.

  Went for the first time to celebrate my Moms birthday. Trevor was amazing!! Really took the time and explained the rewards and app process. Very patient with our questions. Food was great, so much better than what I expected. We all had s good time playing games and picking prizes. 10/10 would recommend

  We are from out of state visiting friends who live locally, Carlos was the man, came over and made sure everything we needed was up to par. Great attitude and service. Food was good, and the atmosphere was as expected with it being a sports bar and arcade, noisy but still able to hold a conversation with your table group. Would definitely recommend.

  This was my first time dining in, and the appetizers and drinks were great but I would recommend not getting the steak. The steak salad on the menu sounded great, and the salad itself was really good but the steak was meant to be medium rare and it was verging on blue rare. I don’t know how it got past the kitchen and our server this rare. I tried to deal with it because our server was very busy and we had a party of 6, but it was genuinely inedible because of the raw cartilage and fat in each piece and the salad was $20. Any other time I would’ve sent it back but I didn’t want to be a fuss, next time I will not order a steak. The seafood pasta and mozz sticks were decent though.

  We had such a wonderful experience celebrating our 13-year-old’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s tonight, and so much of that was because of our amazing waiter Trevor! He truly went above and beyond for our group. He was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making my son’s birthday special. He kept our drinks coming, was quick to respond to anything we needed, kept everything clean and organized, and handled a busy birthday group with such patience and efficiency. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes such pride in providing great service. Trevor made what could have been a hectic birthday celebration feel easy and enjoyable for all of us. We are so grateful for everything he did and hope Dave & Buster’s knows what an asset he is to their team! Thank you for helping make Jackson’s 13th birthday such a memorable night! 🎉🎂🎮
