  Carlos waited on me and my brother and gave us great service. Told us about the happy hour specials, game cards and upcoming promos on the app. Was a great experience and really enjoyed our time and had a lot of fun. Will definitely be back!!

  First time at a Dave and Busters, this was a great experience. Took family here during the middle of the week, family staycation. Kids had a blast. VERY CLEAN, and I felt comfortable here. I got suckered out so my little and I had a chocolate shake and the yummy funnel cake fries and sat in a booth and relaxed. Great place. Will recommend.

  Hannah was our server and was amazing. She checked on us several times and when we needed something she was very prompt in taking care of it. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was as well. Thank you Hannah for all your help.

  I’m going to be forgiving because we came on Father’s Day and it’s pouring rain outside so, everybody and their brother thought this place would be a good idea. Everybody and their brother were wrong. We got here at 1:00 and waited until 2:30 to get a table. Fine, understandable. But we spent easily $100 on game cards in that time. It took 25 minutes to get a beer at the bar. When we finally got a table, we ordered food and waited well over an hour for it to arrive. Turns out, they sell a combo card for food and gameplay. No one mentioned it until we sat down to order and had already paid for games. Food finally comes. Fries were cold. Burgers were burnt. Much of it had clearly sat under a heat lamp for too long. The poor waitress was giving it her best effort, but the lack of staff and poor management did her no favors. She was running around trying to care for too many tables. We had to find our own silverware and plates. And they conveniently place the bathroom in the back of the facility so that if your kid needs to go, you must walk through the entire child casino floor to get there. After 3 hours and over $400 spent, I can firmly submit that I will not be attending ever again. 0/10 experience.

  Hannah was amazing she made sure she met everyone’s needs individually. Even when the cooks made something wrong she made sure she got it right. Hannah was assertive and quick on her toes whenever we need something. She double/triple checked every item ordered to assure quality/quantity is correct. The food was okay if I was to return to Dave and busters it would be for the game and for Hannas amazing service! Keep up the good work girl!
