Came in from out of state as we do each year with our track team at 9:25pm. Online says open until 11pm. They were apparently out of shredded cheese, guacamole, corn, and chicken. When making my bowl, the worker didn’t even drop one full spoon full into the bowl. I had asked for double. I had to ask if can I get a little more, and she put less than half a spoon full in addition. Barely covering the gap from the hardly full scoops she put in originally. You’d think with “no shredded cheese” they’d be a little more liberal with their queso sauce? Nope. Same deal. No full scoop. Not worth the trouble fighting for every scoop down the line. There was also hair on the utensil dispenser station, few napkins stocked, and the bathrooms were dirty. Safe to say we probably won’t come back again for our next annual visit in town.
Same employee, two different visits at Chipotle Mexican Grill, same nonsense both times. I asked for light portions of rice and beans, no issue there. But when it came to guacamole, he never gives the proper portion.Last time when I asked about it, he said their inventory was limited. This time he did the same thing again, then said he’d have to charge me extra just to get the amount I’m actually supposed to receive. That makes no sense. If I’m paying for guacamole, give the correct portion the first time instead of shorting customers and trying to charge more after. This happened on two separate visits with the same employee, so clearly it’s not a mistake I ended telling him to keep the bowl and walked. Management needs to fix this ASAP because customers notice when they’re being skimmed. Too stingy.

Trisha was super nice and understanding, was willing to be very helpful when I accidentally did not bring enough cash. Everything was sorted out quickly and smoothly.

I hadn’t had Chipotle in years — at least five years. So this was my first time at the W Kimberly location.
I ordered two identical burritos: chicken, white rice, black beans, queso sauce, sour cream, medium salsa, cilantro lime sauce, pico, lettuce. No extra anything — basic. The tall guy and shorter gal were working the line, and both were cool.
They *packed* those burritos! I weighed them when i got home. One was 1 pound, 14 ounces and the other was 1 pound, 13 ounces. That’s 3 pounds, 11 ounces total — more than 3.5 pounds! I spent about $27 but that comes to about $8 per pound, which is pretty good these days. And they were *delicious*!
I ate about 2/3 of kobe and saved the rest for a late snack. My gf got two full meals out of hers. Good value overall.
I recommend this place. Yeah it’s $25-$30ish for two burritos, but it’s a lot of food for that cash.
Terrible do no get this chipotle never gets order correct and does nothing about it
