You can call and leave a message, they will never get back with you. Yes, they will “fix” it in the ap…. But that does not fix that someone is not getting their food. We have stopped going to this location because of the mistakes, we were in our way home from swimming and I thought well maybe tonight will Be different. It was not. I added a picture of my leftovers, seeing as how I cannot post a picture of my food that I paid for because it’s at chick fil a still. Perhaps this is how Chick fil a is getting so Rich- they charge too much for mid food, then they rip off over worked parents who don’t have the bandwidth to do Anything about it.

This location had a higher star rating compared to the other location in town which is why I went here. Also, I’ve been through this location before and it was great! I was told after ordering that I would have a little wait for my food and was asked if that was ok- I had no problem with a little wait. “A little wait” was 10 minutes (unusually long for this franchise). “A little wait” should have at least been clarified it would be over 5 minutes as a courtesy to the customer. The employee was so quiet over the speaker too, I’m not sure why I could barely hear them. The staff was the unfriendliest I’ve experienced, considering I heard them say “have a blessed day” to the car in front of me and I got nothing. Even after I had said thank you to two different employees- crickets. Also very unusual for this franchise. I’ve been in some long lines before and the staff has still always been so friendly, even chatty, but quick to keep everyone moving- it was also not busy at this time. On my way home I pull my sandwich out- the bun, dry and stale, had me wishing I was still in town to swing back to the store, but was already on the highway atp. Plus, have you seen the price of gas lately… yeah, definitely not turning around. When I got home and pull out the fries- thee smallest fries, and all the crumbs filled up the bottom. For the 10 minute wait could I not get a proper meal?! This is the most disappointing Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had; sincerely hope this is a one-off, unfortunately at my expense. I’ve been through this location before with no issues. This time, everything was an issue except for the chicken. Idk what happened this time y’all but it was such a waste of time and money on this round.
