    Staff was great, food was good. There was a man being belligerent over a sandwich but the team got him his order out and powered through making sure the lobby was all taken care of.

    I had a bad experience at Arby’s in Davenport, IA. I specifically asked for the Meat & 3 Box deal, but instead I was charged for individual items and didn’t receive the full combo. On top of that, the staff’s clothes smelled bad and the overall customer service was not professional. When I tried to clarify my order, they didn’t help or fix the issue. As a customer, I expect clear communication, clean environment, and respectful service. This location needs improvement.
