  1st things first, I wish I could give them a 0 for Service and Atmosphere. To be quite honest what I saw when I went to pick up my food could almost fill a essay page but I do not want to lose my audience, so I am going to summarize to the best of my ability. Start: So I pre ordered my food and my philosophy is to always go 10 minutes later than the time given, food was still not ready and on top of that I walked in to the 3 employees yelling at each other, completing ignoring me like I was invisible and continued to curse and yell without even acknowledging my existence. The lone Male employee scooted around in slow motion like he had been completely demoralized, While I assume it was the most senior employee yelled and cussed them out. So finally after 5 minutes of no mind at all paid to me at all waiting for my food, no it will be a minute sir, no hello no nothing, All I can say after this is I will never ever go to this Arbys agian!

  every time I come to this location I get the wrong fries and wrong drink. Can't hear anything through the drive thru speaker.

  Love Arby's. Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are polite and efficient. This rating covers the Davenport, IA and Moline, IL locations. Clean food made well, thank you, Arby's !
