We visited for the first time today, we've talked about it for years and we're excited for it. We probably won't be back.
Overall, the food was good. My mom loved the fried rice, I loved the beef strogenoff, and my brother enjoyed a lot of what he got. I was annoyed that several of the dishes appeared to run out and not have quick replacements.
However, we called a few days before to check that everyone in our party would be able to find food they liked, especially our 10 year old. We asked if there would be pizzas available and the person told us that there was an Italian section and that there would be pizzas. No mention that the only pizza served on Sundays is breakfast pizza, it was implied that there would be a selection. My kiddo was very disappointed and the only thing she ate from the entire buffet was the garlic cheese bread. We paid $20 for breadsticks. More transparency on the menu or giving us all the info when we called would have saved us the time going there and probably would have convinced me to try a different day and we would have been happier.
Additionally, while all of the servers we talked to said happy mother's day, not one of them smiled or seemed to mean it, every interaction felt so unhappy. Everyone who worked there looked more annoyed or angry.
I asked in the beginning of brunch about the bottomless mimosas, and had to ask again when we could catch someone, who was not our server, and she asked our server. I finally got my first, and only, mimosa when I was finishing dessert.
After that, they never came back to offer more, they brought refills of our soda at the same time as the mimosa and one of the sodas were incorrect and we waited 10+minutes to ask to get the right drink, but never saw our server again.
Overall, it was not a very good first impression. I am sad we likely won't come back, as it was not even close to being worth the high cost, especially without being able to enjoy the "bottomless " mimosas or having actual pizzas for my daughter to eat.

This place has changed since pre COVID. The quality of food has went downhill. Requests from the kitchen staff is meet with rebuttals instead of customers service. The food is put out without proper monitoring or care. The only time your dishes get refreshed is when you’re scraping the pan. I would rather try Golden Carol again. The food quality is about the same. Tried to talk to the kitchen staff, was instantly regarded with sarcasm and terms like, we don’t do that anymore.

The dining experience was extremely underwhelming, primarily due to the poor quality and temperature of the food being served. Most of the dishes on the line appeared to have been sitting out for an extended period, resulting in textures that were either dry or unpleasantly soggy. For the price charged, the selection felt very limited and lacked the freshness and variety one would expect from a high-volume establishment. The service was equally disappointing; tables were left with dirty plates for far too long, and the staff seemed disinterested in maintaining the stations or assisting guests with basic requests. The overall atmosphere felt neglected and lacked the vibrant energy typical of such a venue, making the entire meal feel like a poor value. It was a frustrating visit that failed to meet even basic expectations for quality and hospitality, leaving much to be desired in terms of both cleanliness and culinary standards.
Their all you can eat Friday crab leg buffet is awesome. Fresh food and clean environment

We came in for brunch buffet today. The wife and I thought we'd splurge on something nice and filling since we almost never do. We paid nearly $78 after tip for two people and what we ended up getting was disappointment. Breakfast options that lacked any sort of remnants of flavor, unless you added a lot of salt and pepper. Slimy, gross eggs. Bacon that was somehow crispy and soggy all at once. The sausage links seemed undercooked. The honey ham was fatty and gross. My wife went to get ice cream as dessert and it basically came out as cold liquid soup, rather than a frozen treat. She said it tasted sour. My wife and I sat and ate our breakfast disappointingly looking at each other the whole time and realizing our mistake. I remember coming here with my grandparents in its heyday, but it is no longer the buffet it used to be.
