  Food was very underwhelming for the price we paid. Went for the prime rib night, and the meat was very salty and chewy, the mashed potatoes were runny, the gravy was chunky, the pork loin was dry, the ice cream was runny, the salad was also a bit wilted. There were a couple of decent options but for the most part, definitely not worth the price. Over $100 for 2 adults and a child. We should have said something that night but we had to get home and didn't feel like dealing with it right then. So I tried to call and speak to a manager about the issues the next day, but couldn't get a call through to anyone. Ended up trying to call several times with no one answering. So I went in to talk to the manager 2 weeks later. She wasn't able to refund us. We asked for a replacement buffet instead, and all she could offer was for us to pay for it again and if we didn't like it this time, they would refund us. That is absolutely terrible customer service. I've never had a manger so against trying to make it right for a paying customer.

  I have been to this buffet three times in the last two months their service for $34 a person is absolutely horrible. I was done with two plates of food before I even got my drink and that was three times when I was there I just left there today. I got done with one plate before my drink was brought and then I never saw my server again and they expect you to tip. They should let people get their own drinks because their system is horrible and it’s not worth $34. and I will never go back.

  I went last night for the prime rib dinner they only had well done as an option it tasted about 3 days old. They didn't mention that was the only option while paying the only good food was the salad and dessert

  This buffet was far from anything special. Overly priced to receive cold food that has been sitting out for quite some time. You would receive a better quality at golden coral than here.
