  Always mess the order up. I like extra lettuce... they will either put less or none at all! I don't mind paying extra for lettuce. But whenever I don't get any. It's a bit frustrating 😕

  I cannot eat sugar or foods which convert to sugar, but the family loves taco bell. We use the app to order. Mine is usually never correct at this location and often the ingredients cannot be separated; therefore, I do not get to eat. If you have to order your food in a particular way or are willing to pay for extra ingredients to be added, do not bother at this location. The rest of the family gets exactly what they order here about 50% of the time.

  Placed an order for 3 crunchy tacos and a soft shell. Got home NO LETTUCE!! I called found out they ran out of lettuce. Why can't they tell the customer this when ordering??? Extremely disappointed.......

  If you like putting in an order and waiting an hour and then waiting another 45 minutes at the store while 12 guests ordered after you and finished their food before you even got your meal then this store on E broadway is for you. They missed 6 items and 2 drinks on my order and I didn’t feel like waiting another hour so I left and filed for a refund. It’s places like this store that they’ll be getting replaced by robots soon.

  No lettuce or tomato and they didn’t tell us—tacos, Crunchwrap, chalupa had only meat and cheese. No zero sugar Baja blast. Drinks were filled up by letting it run over the side so that it dripped everywhere. Employees too busy joking and laughing to work. Horrible!!
