    This location sucks. The last five times I've been through this drive-thru they've messed up my order, which is literally a slim 2. How in the absolute hell do you mess up a sandwich that is literally nothing but roast beef on bread. Service and wait times are slow as hell and none of the employees seem to want to be there. I actually stopped going to this location and have been going to the one on E Broadway which is the exact opposite. Writing this review today because my husband came home with a sandwich for me from this location and not only was the wait time atrocious with the fact that there was no one else in the drive theu, but my sandwich was of course wrong. So frustrated at this point that I don't even care about going back and getting the right thing or a refund. I absolutely do not recommend this location, ever.

    Didn't even buy the food because when you pulled up for this lunch box special you asked them specific questions they don't give you all the detail then you get to the window and the price is almost $5 more than what you were told it started out as even with the additions and the takeoffs they never told me that the lunch box was 14.99 and that each plus thing was an additional dollar which it doesn't State anywhere then I was cussed at with the f word from the employee then the woman who supposedly is in charge comes over doesn't say anything as he cusses at me but then calls me out if I say a cuss word back at her. Don't get the lunch box special because even though it says that this stuff comes with it they charge you extra money for it even though the picture gives you the illusion that it's 1199 doesn't say anything about up charging on types of sandwiches even when you ask the staff they don't know their job and how to do it get pissed off and cuss at you and it's all okay.

    It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but after several disappointing experiences at this location, I feel it’s necessary. Today we went through the drive-thru and ordered four meals. Every sandwich was to have the lettuce removed, and one sandwich also needed the onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers removed. The order seemed unusually difficult for the employee taking it. I had to repeat the order twice, and on the third attempt, she read the entire order back to me correctly. I confirmed everything was accurate. When we got home and opened the sandwiches, every single one was wrong. They all had lettuce on them, and the sandwich that was supposed to have no onions, tomatoes, or cucumbers had all of those ingredients as well. We recently started requesting no lettuce due to the current food safety concerns, so this wasn’t a minor mistake to us. To make matters even worse, my son’s sandwich had several hairs in it. At that point, the meal was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident, it’s been a pattern every time we’ve visited this location. Because of the repeated issues with both order accuracy and food quality, you’ve lost our business. I’ve also shared our experience with family and friends so they can make an informed decision before visiting. I sincerely hope management addresses the training, quality control, and cleanliness issues at this location so other customers don’t have the same experience.

    Absolutely the worst possible version of this chain. You could scrape better food out of the bottom of a trash can on Daytona Beach.
