  Came at 10:32 had to wait 10 minutes before they could take my order because their computer was down then the lady at the drive through gave me attitude before I could even talk and told me she couldn't put in rewards due to their computer.

  Two terrible interactions! Came in Saturday and they completely got my order wrong. I called and spoke to a manager and she apologized and told me to come back in and they would give me a free sandwich. I came in today and I was told the manager is to busy and she doesn't remember it and she is to busy to help me. I had 4 cars behind me and I couldn't back out so I ordered my sandwich. It took exactly 22 minutes to receive my order. While at the drive through windows I heard the manager telling employees to tell customers we are way to busy just tell the customers to cancel there orders. Very unprofessional behavior and they didn't keep there promise about fixing there mistake. I will never be back!
