  Went up to ask for more breadsticks. The girl said they were out and had more coming out of the oven shortly. So I waited up front. They came out, she placed them at the heat window. Then I saw her grab a tray of a few breadsticks from under the heat window. She told the boy at the front to “give them these.” I saw him laugh and give us the breadsticks from the tray that I’m assuming was breadsticks that needed to be thrown out. I got back to my table and the breadsticks given to us were hard and cold as suspected. With them doing this you can only imagine the things they do in the kitchen and the corners they cut without care.

  Everytime I come to the Council Bluffs drive through they always give me the Baked Spaghetti when I order the Loaded Baked Spaghetti. I even repeated myself. She said loaded baked spaghetti. I get spaghetti and sauce that is it. This is the only store that has issues getting it straight!

  Sharlette was very nice and helpful! She deserves a raise for taking initiative in her job, making sure all customers felt welcomed and taken care of, even watched her make sure all tables and window seals where wiped down and cleaned. Dont see alot of people take pride in their work like she did!!!

  Nick asked us to pose for a picture with him in our renaissance fair get-up. That was really cool.

  Everyone is super nice and caring micki made my food very fast and sharlette had my food handed to me within the next couple of seconds!! Really great people
