  first time going i waved n smiled to let them know i was ready and im here, was ignored at first, girls were laughing & staring, then the two girls that ignored me went stand at the back. I then finally went to the door myself and asked if i can be helped, told the one girl with glasses “that was a little rude?” and she said “Can i just take your order??, what do you want”. Grumpy stuck up girls IMO.

  i’ve never been here but I wanted to see the hype. i asked a staff what their favorite drink is and she said the blood orange energy so I got it and wow,,, i can’t lie i come here once a week to drink it 😭😭😭 it’s so good!!! the staff was also super friendly and nice.

  This is genuinely the WORST location to go to. It is 5 pm and there is 6 cars ahead of me and ive been waiting over 30 mins for my drinks? Im sorry wtf management ? And theres just as many workers making drinks as the west o location that is CONSTANTLY packed lol. Ive never even waited more than 20 mins at that location from a spot on the street with over 20 cars ahead of me. Never question why your guys’ tips are low tbh this is wild.

  Cant get a coffee right. Tastes awful. Paid extra for no cold foam. I told them i paid for cold foam and they added like one scoop of whip cream by the time they handed it to me it was melted into my iced coffee. Girl wasnt friendly. Shouldve got starbucks.

  This place is absolutely horrible the service is trash the coffee is alright can go to the gas station get better they always mess the drinks up the workers inside are the slowest I’ve ever seen someone work like coffee ain’t that hard to make it shows you everything you need and they have EVERYTHING but yet still can’t do it right and keep in mind you have 20+ cars in the drive thru and the workers are outside just standing around doing absolutely nothing then they ask for a tip like what did you do to earn a tip walk up to my car and take my order thanks like why should I give you a tip you did nothing and the people inside don’t even need a tip taking there sweet time when everyone and there moms are waiting for coffee and don’t mind you have to wait hour + is you go to the window and you have to wait 30mins + in the drive thru like cmon do better 7 brew
