  I usually don’t like to complain about 7 brew but my experience was absolutely ridiculous, I waited in line for a about 40 minutes before I was able to order and get my drink. It was 8pm and I didn’t get my drink until 8:50. I would understand if it was a busy part of the day but this is honestly my worst experience of waiting in a line with little to no acknowledgement from the workers. Plus my drink wasn’t even that good compared to other locations.

  Great beverages but they really need to get control of the staff. They have ALL teenagers working there and they stand around talking, music blasting too loud and when they walk to line to take order they don’t go back and forth by who got there 1st. I had to ask her to get my order after she took the order of 3 cars that got there after me. *** Editing to add reply to Owner. Music is NOT the issue its how LOUD it is, when the barista cant hear you and you cant hear them and they are standing at your window, its an issue.

  Wow! Where do I even begin? This 7 brew was spectacular! I ordered a sweet and salty and it was ready before I even made it to the window. Now that's what I call customer service! Sara ran it out like her life depended on it. I will definitely be coming back!

  I've been frequently visiting this coffee shop ...and the awesome& helpful staff have been helping me try new flavors and today I was talked into a Sweet &Salty iced brew and WOW it's my newest most favorite flavor to date.... thank you girls & the 1 guy I seen - absolutely wonderful coffee....

  The last few times I've been through I've had Joselyn (hope I'm spelling it correctly) take my order. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and makes my day brighter every time I come through. I've never had bad service at this location. The wait times sometimes are long but my drink is always worth it. I ranked atmosphere slightly lower only because of how crammed the entry and exit is and sometimes it's difficult to pull into the entry off the main road when they are busy, causing a lot of people to have to U-turn on a small road. HOWEVER that will not stop me from visiting my new bestie Joselyn :)
