  First of all… Samantha is awesome… COPY THAT!!! lol!!! Food was outta this world!!! Highly recommend the Wagyu Filet, asparagus, mashed potatoes, and those shrimp…… GOOT LAWD!!!! Bread & oil balsamic to start….. Sam & the crew did the damn thing!!!! Thank you so much!!! So glad we passed on the buffet for this Gem!!! Def coming back!!! THANK YOU SAM!!!!!! God bless, Fen & Ria

  Emma did a great job taking care of us for breakfast. We had a latte coffee, coffee water and we add three people in our party. We all ordered the deuces wild which was two eggs, two two bacon two sausage and then your choice of either pancakes or French toast. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted yummy and the staff worked great together as a team to top off the coffees and water. And since we were staying at the hotel we got 10% off of our ticket. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely come back again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Dining Experience My fiancé, Michael, and I recently celebrated a romantic evening at Steakhouse 1853, and from the moment we walked through the doors until the very last bite of dessert, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by bartender Connor, Manager Matt, and Assistant Manager Elizabeth, who made us feel like honored guests from the very beginning. Elizabeth seated us in what was undoubtedly the best booth in the restaurant, offering a beautiful view of the dining room while still providing the privacy that made our evening feel intimate and special. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our date night was perfect. Connor crafted a custom cocktail based on the liquor I enjoy, and it was exceptional. Beyond his talent behind the bar, his warm personality and genuine hospitality made the experience even better. Our server, Cindy, was absolutely outstanding. She greeted us almost immediately, expertly explained the menu, brought our waters and drinks promptly, and never once let our glasses go empty. She struck that rare balance between being attentive without being intrusive. Her professionalism, timing, and attention to detail created a seamless dining experience. The table was beautifully prepared, and every detail contributed to the elegant, romantic atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was Executive Chef Jolene’s incredible cuisine. Without exaggeration, this was the best dinner I’ve ever had. I ordered the Wagyu filet, and it literally melted in my mouth. My fiancé ordered the prime rib, and he couldn’t stop talking about how incredible it was. The mushroom medley and green beans were so delicious that I happily finished the leftovers at midnight. We also started with the crab and shrimp dip, which was rich, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer. To end the evening, Chef Jolene prepared a fresh lemon raspberry cake that was light, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. Every member of the team worked together to create an experience that felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable. Exceptional service, world-class food, and hospitality that is increasingly rare to find. Thank you to Elizabeth, Matt, Connor, Cindy, and Executive Chef Jolene for making our evening one we’ll never forget. We will absolutely be back and will recommend Steakhouse 1853 to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience.
