  Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a Papa John’s let alone an Iowa business. The manager has been beyond rude the multiple times I’ve come here. As a college student here I enjoy my Friday night pizza, and the few times I’ve gone to this location instead of the one in Iowa City I’ve had trash quality pizza and a side of attitude. The first time I came here I asked about the $8.99 large 1-topping carry out deal. I wasn’t sure if this was still being honored so I asked the cashier. The manager came and took over and talked down to me asking me what the exact deal I was talking about. If I knew I wouldn’t be asking now would I. He acted as if I was trying to scam for a free pizza or some shit. This is not how you do business. If a customer asks about your deals you tell them, not expect a new customer to know already. Bottom line. They were pinching pennys. The manager barged in trying to stop the employee from giving me a $15 pizza for $9 and using the deal they offer online and all store locations. Lost my business, and until a new manager comes in or he fixes his attitude, I hope they lose all business. Do better.

  Fantastic experience - highly recommended! The pizza fresh and hot, had a beautiful cheese lock, excellent pepperoni distribution, a great cut job, fluffy crust and excellent center volume! The delivery driver also did an excellent job! Keep up the great work Papa Johns!

  Tanner, the GM, was extremely disrespectful. I called about my pizza being cut incorrectly, and instead of trying to fix the issue, he spent 15 minutes arguing with me and repeatedly called me a liar. He used comments like, "You're supposed to be smart," and said there was no way the pizza could have been cut like that. When I asked if he wanted proof, he told me he didn't need it because I was lying. I understand mistakes happen, but the way he spoke to me was completely unacceptable. I've never had a manager be so rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. If this is how customers are treated when they have a legitimate complaint, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
