- SSSara1 day ago1.0First pizza ordered was not what we ordered. Called the restaurant and the person in charge says she’d send a replacement out immediately. The driver must of given us the wrong pizza. The receipt attached to the box had our name on it and the order on the receipt was correct. No the person who made the pizza put it in the wrong box. It wasn’t the drivers fault. I told her the first pizza was not cooked all the way . Doughy. I asked her if she would make sure the Second pizza was cooked all the way done. Second pizza came and the driver wanted to be paid. He didn’t understand this was a replacement pizza. I sent the first pizza back with him and said show this to the person in charge. He didn’t want to take it, but I insisted. The second pizza had the correct toppings, but was not cooked all the way. I called back to the restaurant and told the women in charge this pizza was not cooked either. I was told that pan pizza is like this. I said no , we ordered the same pizza a few weeks ago and it was perfect. She said this pizza was cooked for 7 minutes and the ovens are set at a certain temperature. I told her I first ordered my first pizza about 6:00pm and it is now 7:00pm and we still haven’t eaten yet our dinner. Also, we are cooking our pizza in our own oven. She asked what I wanted her to do. I said I want a free pizza for my inconvenience. She said she’d mail me a coupon for a free pizza. This pizza was awful and we spent $36 with tip and still didn’t have an edible pizza. Very disappointed in this Dominoes … now we will see if we get our coupon on the mail.

Yall I know the bar is low but speaking *enough* English to understand directions might be a requirement for driving. He also almost nearly crashed when pulling up.
