  Bad experience, they refused to serve me despite that they were serving the gentleman in front of me! They said “the power was down” but what kind of power you need to wrap a burrito!! Not sure if they are discriminating people based on color or what!

  Employees are not the best at interacting with the customers. The food line never looks appealing. I have to change my order every time I visit because a lot of options aren’t available or looks to be dried up in the bottom of the pan. It’s very clear that they focus more on the food line that serves mobile orders. I recommend ordering online and picking up at the drive thru window if you want the freshest food. Plus then you don’t have to worry about being ignored when you walk in the dining room.

  Food was great. The employees on the other hand not so much. Biggest thing is if you dont like your job, dont take it out on your customers. Was shorted food and when I asked for more I got charged extra for a regular burrito. When I asked for a little bit of guacamole they gave me a bigger scoop of that than my meat. I had never been here before and this experience just ruined it for me, even when I said I'd never been there they got upset with me when I wasnt certain on what I wanted. Should have just walked out!

  Got a pickup burrito which was ready before I got there which was nice. I thought the burrito was very tasty but it was a bit small. Also it appears that it wasn’t mixed well or something because the two halves were visibly different and pictured below.

  I’m sorry, but you need to close this location down. I went to the restroom. The sink wasn’t working no water coming out, start ordering my food and lady barely put any steak and I requested. Can I have a little bit more as she charged me double. There was no greetings, customer service is complete trash and also they doubled my meat as I barely have enough meat in my bowl and the cashier gave me an attitude when I requested to see how big the large versus the small fountain drinks were at the end she did not even provide my receipt and started Entering in the next customers order. I requested my receipt and she just gave it to me with an attitude, horrible location please shut this down. Take all of their names down. I was here on July 30th at 12:45 PM
