I’m standing in line at the store and they won’t take my order. Placed one order in person but the second order had to be placed online. How inconvenient and poor customer service. Come Chipotle you can do better!

I have to change my order every time I visit because a lot of options aren’t available or looks to be dried up in the bottom of the pan. It’s very clear that they focus more on the food line that serves mobile orders. I recommend ordering online and picking up at the drive thru window if you want the freshest food. Plus then you don’t have to worry about being ignored when you walk in the dining room.
