  Disappointing would be an understatement. Hadn't had them in years, but always had fond memories which were quickly dashed. I guess my expectations for 3 in the afternoon would be higher, but when ordering i noticed that every pan was bone dry with the exception of some charred pieces at the bottom. The only exception being the rice which was full, yet the portion was small not even attempting to mask the small portions of steak and beans from the less then full scoop... perhaps the disappointment was magnified by the lack comprehension of the employee serving such a inferior product without a thought that this should be better. Maybe this was a one off, but with any business it doesn't take many to ruin a brand or the perception of...

  Service is slow which is surprising given that they are never busy. The rice in the burritos is so hard like it isn’t cooked

  Stopped in to place a team lunch order for five. The gentleman making my order seemed visibly annoyed to be there, which set the tone right away. At checkout, the cashier accidentally rang up 2 sides of queso instead of 2 sides of guacamole. I didn't catch it and was already heading to my car when the cashier ran out to hand me the queso, that's when I realized the mix-up. When I went back in to swap for guacamole, the same visibly annoyed employee from the line announced loudly (to the cashier) that I'd need to pay extra. I told him I was happy to pay the difference since it was for my team. Thankfully, a woman (who I hope was a manager) stepped in and kindly handed me the guacamole at no additional charge. I've been to dozens of Chipotle locations over the years, and this was easily the most disappointing customer service experience of any of them. As a restaurant manager myself, I'd highly encourage the team here (if not higher management) to revisit how they're engaging with guests. A little warmth goes a long way.

  They had to scrap the bottom of the tins. Then were out half of the other items. No one seemed to care I was even there. They rang me out and push my bowl to me. I said I thought I was waiting for veggies the said guess not.

  I come to this location once a week, and every single time am just simply blown away with the service and friendliness of the staff. If I could them 10 stars I would just simply absolutely satisfied
