Our family had such a great experience. They were able to seat all 9 of us with little wait time. Our server was fantastic he was ao friendly and attentive. The food was amazing as well as the drinks. This was one of my favorite restaurants out of the many Outbacks I've visited.

We order take-out from Texas Roadhouse about once every two months or so. We decided to give Outback a try for a little variety. Big mistake. The steaks were terrible. Severely overcooked and extremely tough. I had to wonder how any restaurant could get it so wrong. Admittedly, the chicken and mashed potatoes were good... but when your signature product, steak, is this bad, you need to rethink the business you in. $110 for meal that no one really enjoyed.

The manager Max Hunt was awful. We got served moldy tomatoes and she admitted she was the one who served them and never once apologized or tried to make it right. The sever messed up the order and she was trying to make us pay for his mistake. She kept getting loud with us and refused to make anything right. The server was very nice and even told the manager he'd pay for it but she said absolutely not. They were trying to charge us dinner prices during lunch. It was an absolute mess.

Yes, it was Father's Day and many people go out to eat, but this was ridiculous. We were there at 4pm in a half empty restaurant. Our server was very good and the manager did check on us listening to my complaints. The fire marshall would have a fit seeing how this place was laid out. As it got closer to 5pm, the host was packing people in back to back where my chair and the chair of the person in the side-adjoining table would knock into each other since they decided to seat 6 people at a 4 person table. People requiring walkers could not navigate between the tables and booths. The server helping the table behind me kept running into my chair over and over and over with little disregard. The food took around 30 mins to get to our table, the steak was way overcooked, the rice was undercooked, rubbery and had too much of whatever they put in it. To say this was a disappointment is an understatement. Our last visit wasn't great about 6 months ago, but we gave it another shot today - this will be our last visit.
