  Don’t show up 15 minutes before closing time or else the employees will throat slash at you and say “we’re closed”.

  Came in placed our order took them 30 minutes to fulfill our order. Was finally brought out to us informed us that it took longer because they waited in nuggets. Only one nugget was hot the rest were cold and very hard! My friend ordered a chocolate shake the shake was spoiled it had an off taste to it that was similar or spoiled milk/cream. I watched as the staff had two male friends come in who told him to shake his ass! The manager over heard said he was working and did not send them on their way. They called out orders that other customers ordered which sat there for 15 minutes past the call out time. The had no condiment cups by the soda machine. My daughter asked for salt because the fry’s came with none on them! Over all terrible service and I won’t ever come to this location again. I’ve had better service at the Merle hay rd/douglas location!!! Which may I add is known for their horrible service!

  absolute terrible service I ordered five snack wraps, which I thought was obviously going to take longer than expected. I thought that it would take maybe 10 to 15 minutes to get my food which is reasonable especially since I ordered a large amount of food however it was 25 minutes before I got my food and before I even got told to pull forward I saw three employees talking, laughing instead of coming up to me giving me my drinks and tell me to pull forward. Absolute terrible experience will not be back. I’ve always had terrible experience with this location. Manager seriously need to look into how they are training their employees it almost looked like they were careless about my food and about me.

  You will wait excessively long. And this is based on many times trying to order on a lunch break. 20+ minutes

  People were nice but we’ve been waiting 30 mins in the drive thru since our order was taken and we’re the only people here. They asked us to wait a couple of mins because they were a bit behind but it was 30 mins. Never coming back. Nice people they were obviously trying but something is systematically wrong to have a McDonald’s make you wait 30 mins when you’re the only one there. Actually there were two other drive thru customers and we all waited for 30 mins. No thanks.
