They charged us for 12 and we had to explain to them 3 times to three employees that we needed a refund or the additional donuts that we didn't order but paid for. One employee, an older heavy set man, explained that they couldn't do a refund without the manager and they weren't in yet and told us we could come back or we could just get the donuts. So we just got the donuts A differerent employee, a woman, was the last one to come to the drive thru window to see what was going on and said something along the lines of "yeah you can have them I don't care". What do you mean you don't care? In the end we got what we paid for but we literally had to convince the staff that the receipt said 12 donuts and they only handed us 6 and that they had made a mistake when we ordered. Will not return as this isn't the first time we have had issues at this location.
