  Ordered 2 sandwiches to the hospital while waiting for the birth of our son at 822 pm and they called me at 844pm saying they “ran out of everything to make one of our sandwiches” then he says they can’t even deliver it because they don’t have drivers after 2 pm. Absolutely the worst JJ’s I’ve dealt with. Told them to cancel the order and credit money back, we will see if we get our money back on the card.

  I went through drive thru and the guy that was there told me to hurry up and that he didn’t have all day, and not only did he make feel like crap for wanting food but he refused to take my payment. I was trying to use Apple Pay because I forgot my card but he told me to come inside.

  Only two people working during the lunch rush but they kept their cool and got everyone taken care of. Were very polite in a high pressure and stressful situation. Dee and JD are rockstars!

  Never got our order. Was told only one person working so Uber driver bringing food. Never came. Called back. Was told it was picked up and unfortunately some Uber drivers steal the food. Never heard of that, but got a text the order was cancelled. Never ordering there again!
