  Never got our order. Was told only one person working so Uber driver bringing food. Never came. Called back. Was told it was picked up and unfortunately some Uber drivers steal the food. Never heard of that, but got a text the order was cancelled. Never ordering there again!

  Ordered a sandwich with chips and didn't get my chips. Informed the driver standing there and he seemed like he didn't understand English till I said it 3 times then he said sorry. I asked if he was going to tell the store location and he just walked away. I called the University JJ twice where order was placed and the phone rung endlessness no answer. Wasn't closing time and no service. I had prepaid online so the driver has his tip and gone. Won't get nothing from me anymore except crickets singing.

  Ordered “Freaky Fast” delivery, waited 30 minutes to call me and tell me they can’t deliver it, this is a common occurrence from this location and I might be the only one but I don’t eat Jimmy John’s because I think it’s good food, I eat it for convenience and without that I won’t be a returning customer.
