  First time here and experience was sub par. Long story short, ended up ordering 4 lunch sandwiches. We're given breakfast sandwiches instead and was missing one entirely. Everyone appeared to hate their jobs so no shocker our order was messed up. Bagels were dry as well. Won't be returning unfortunately. If you choose to come here, check your order is accurate.

  Under newer management, staff all friendly. Good deals with ice coffee and bagel! Coffee tasted fresh, nice selection of bagels and spreads.

  i am actually so sick of this place. my partner and i frequent here and his food is always perfect, yet every single time my bagels are never cut, never toasted as requested or super doughy, and now i had my maple french toast bagel covered in everything bagel seasoning. the quality of the food had gone down so bad.

  I don't go to this location very much anymore because everything has gone downhill. I stopped in around 10:45am on Friday and there were no less than 5 people working. 2 of those were making orders which that area is very close to where you order, but I was never acknowledged until I was at the point of walking out, which I did, without ordering. When I was finally acknowledged, it was by someone who doesn't know how to take orders. Why wouldn't everyone be able to take an order? Once that person made it known they couldn't take an order, 3 of them started looking around and asking where's "so & so" who I guess was supposed to be the order taker. I left at that point because it was clear customer service is not a main priority. Ordering online or via the app says "to ensure speedy service, customization is limited." Well, there's no speedy service in-person either at this place, but I may have actually ordered had I been able to customize an online order

  We come here a lot. The service was goodish. The food is great. The service was no fault of the people working. They had four people making orders but one girl was up front running cashier and the drink stand/bar. The drink area is not very efficient. It's small and the mobile order person was also trying to use it. No one from the kitchen when they had down time would step off from their station to help the cashier make drinks even though she had a line five deep. No fault of her own. She was nice to everyone. She just needed help. A team. And no one was helping her.
