  Ordered the night before, picked up 2 minutes prior to pickup time the next morning- quick and easy! Bagels were delicious!

  I usually stop here on my way out of town and grab a breakfast sandwich. Most of my experiences are good until this visit. I know it was Sunday and I know they are busy but they had 4 people working and I stood at the register for 5+ mins while the same young girl with the perpetual scowl & seemingly bad attitude filled online orders & walked past me multiple times. She just looked at me & said nothing. Even just a "we will be with just a minute" would have gone a long way. The younger red head guy and older gentleman were very personable and helpful in our short interactions. Might go out of my way to a further location next time just to avoid experiences like this one.

  Unfortunately it’s the last time I’m coming here. Great bagels, and one of the only places that has good salmon/lox bagels, but it’s unsanitary everywhere behind the counter. If a health inspector came unannounced they’d likely fail.

  Messed up my order and insisted they couldn't fix it unless I came in. That's unreasonable for anyone who works a typical job.

  They can’t handle the volume they get on the weekends, we order ahead 3 or 4 times a month and it’s always an extra 10-40 min past quoted time. Just skip it if you’re in a hurry. The lobby is just a bunch of upset people so the vibes are bad as well weekend mornings.
