  Disappointed order a dozen with 2 cream cheeses but didn't get the cream cheeses first experience was disappointing. Should I go back to Panera Bread?

  We were disappointed with our experience. The staff wasn't rude, but not engaged - like mentally not there. At all. Had to remind them to hand us cups for our coffees, coffee dispenser empty, no cream available, credit card terminal not working, no trash receptacles, etc. Didn't really acknowledge our existence - customers just asking questions about their orders. Bizarre and ruined our trip we made just to dine there. The bagels were about 1/3 less their normal size. We commented to ourselves, "It won't surprise us if we see this place has permanently closed soon." Which is too bad.

  Where's the zero stars when you need it i tried to call these people multiple times to make it to go order to pick up and they would not answer their phone i then got there it wasn't even busy I have a tiny puppy that I could not currently leave at home that has health problems that I am fostering right now so I did not want to take her into order my food, I wanted to go in and grab it but I cannot leave her alone due to seizures the lady then proceeded to come up to me while I was ordering with the other gentleman and said, is she a service dog. I said, no. She's literally a baby. I said, I try to call you guys multiple times nobody would answer. I didn't even want to bring her in for that long.I wanted to just order and pick up.But nobody would answer the phone.So as you did not, I had to bring her in she then told me well, if it's not a service dog you need to take it to the car. I said i'm not going to do that.This puppy literally has seizures.It just takes me one time to leave it alone i told her I am not taking her to the car. Do you want my business? Yes, or no, do you want my money? Yes, or no, if you guys would answer your phone, we would not even be in this predicament and you should have just let it go it's not like I was bringing her in to eat with me. I was trying to order and go. She proceeded to tell me no, then you are not gonna order here You can leave nor did she give me a reason why they can't answer their phone to do a take out order when I called before I left their phones weren't even ringing just lazy staff that dont want to take deliveries over the phone. If I were you, I definitely go to a different store i usually go to this one just cause it's down the street. But I'll make the drive every time I get my sandwich anyways it's usually never all the way cooked.And it takes forever and the employees aren't even that great!

  Went here for the first time to try it. Waited about 20 for two sandwiches which was ok because I know they are making them to order. We ordered the farmhouse and double stack sandwiches the farmhouse had no cream cheese on it and both of the bagels were hard . We have had better softer bagel sandwiches for Mc Donald’s
