  Consistently the worst 7brew location I have ever been to. Employees don’t know how to utilize both lanes. Every other location in Des Moines and in other states I have been to has way better service and faster drive thru. The workers here are slow.

  My son and i went and i decided to get a drink ,i had a drink i needed tossed away so i could put my drink in and they dont have trash cans anywhere to throw away garbage so i asked her to throw away and she said no and we go here once a week at least and its the same girl who is rude ,she doesn't have good energy seems pissed off everytime we go there.

  Why bother to allow drinks to be modified if they’re not willing to make them how it’s ordered? I’m not a regular coffee drinker so when I go and 50% of the time they don’t make my drink right it gives me more reason not to get coffee here. Every once in a while the staff is kind about fixing the drink but most of the time they seem terribly bothered and sometimes my drink is not made right the second time. I know it’s run by a bunch of kids but they could use some better training.

  High content sugar drinks. However, my poor rating is because the staff was more concerned about talking to their friends than they were about helping the customers. The line of cars was being held up because they were talking to people in the line andnot dealing with the customers, it was very frustrating.
